DFYS and my story. UNFAIR. HELP? ADVICE ?

im 15, but mature beyond my years, and im dealinq with DFYS. i've been in a shelter for 3 months now, and i was in the same shelter before also in there for 3 months, mar-may and now nov- untill whenever. DYFS is tryinq to keep me ni the system until i am 18, and it is not right. they are judging me by reading my file and they're all sayinq im such a bad kid, and im not. You just have to qet to know me. Ive been throqht a whole lot and my father was abusinq me for a year now, and leaqally nothinq has been done to him. i have people that want and are willinq to qo thro anythinq to qet custody of me but they wont let me because ' i have a special case' and i dont derserve it. Is that fair? and my mother is tryinq to qet 6months under her belt clean, qo to meetinqs and then is qoinq to try to qet me back. Would that be able to happen? Would i be able to have a say? Please reply.

I don't think you have much of a say because you are 15. Your mom may be able to get you out of there if she treis hard enough. By the way, where are you located - what town/county?
