Working 7 days a week?

Is it against the law to have your 40 hours spread out over seven days. I had a manager from Walmart tell me that. The reason I ask is because I am looking for that kind of work because I can not stand up all day. I can stand for about 6 hours before my feet start to hurt.

40 hours over 7 days is legal. Do you currently work at Walmart?

No I do not work at Walmart! I guess you did not read my whole message! I just had two different people tell me that it was against labor laws. I am looking for that kind of work because I can not stand up all day. I can stand for about 6 hours before my feet start to hurt.
