Exclamation Having a record

HI...

I am Applying for my Naturalization, I have all the necessary things in place such as time spent in the country and so on. Does having a town ordanience - theft on your record acceptable or will they reject me based on this. I have a clean record for 5 years, but last month i got arrested for stealing. Now i was not trying to steal and they have agreed to drop the charges but the prosecutor does not want to let go so easily.

I really will appreciate a reply here.......

Thanks
B
