Unhappy lease agreement
My landlord has included in the lease agreement that we are responsible for the water and sewage bill. In the city in which we live the sewage bill is included in the property taxes. Am I responsible to pay this?

If it's in the lease agreement and you signed it, yes.

It will state exactly what the sewage taxes are that he is paying and billing you for.
