Title search - very common name

Am working on a tax lien foreclosure--the property owners have very common names, & I've got 483 pages of potential judgment creditors to sift through. I've got middle initials now in order to narrow the search, but does anyone know how I might obtain additional info on these people, like their SSNs, in order to further rule out some of these judgments?

Also, does anyone know why I must join judgment creditors when they don't have a right to redeem & therefore can't do anything to prevent their interests from being extinguished? Any help would be most appreciated!
