SMALL CLAIMS COURT- Special Civil Section -Security Return

Security Return
I will file my court case in Bergen County- ( Special Civil -Landord/Tenant)
--and I have filled out my paperwork already from the web site...
This is to recover my security from my landlord.

I have composed my brief and case summary...in the COMPLAINT summary section..
and attached the balance of the COMPLAINT pages on the form...
I have also noted the CITE of the NJSA items that involve return of security
when displaced by flooding...

I have all my FEMA documents and registered letters I sent to the landlord
with the US Postal service Registered Return documents..

Should I bring these to court on my court date..and present them when I
address the Judge to plead my case....or, must I make copies of all these
documents to affix to the court papers... in the COMPLAINT summary?

Any comments would be appreciated.
