hi, there.
i believe you can call the court house and ask them about the fine amount.
i doubt it'll be more than $50.
if you goto court, it's possible that the judge will dismiss it.
unless, these offenses are common and people are abusing their rights to use the tennis courts.
again, i would just ask the court clerk in a friendly manner.

Thanks for your reply, I did call the court clerk and they said I have to appear in the court and not able to find the fine amount. So do I need to see the Procecutor first? Do I need to go with Attorney to the court?

I don't see anything in there regarding a need for a permit for a town resident to use the tennis court. You should call the recreation department and see if they can help you.
