I have corner property with a utility pole.I keep it well maintained.Realtors are posting their signs around the pole to the point it's difficult to mow near it with the lawn tractor & it's a real pain in the grass.I no longer mow the near the pole, the grass is nearly three feet high. Are there any legal statutes regarding this practice?

Thanks..

If the property that the sign is placed on is yours, then the realtor is trespassing on your property. If it were my property I would throw the sign in the garbage. Alternatively, you can call the cops and have them issue a summons to the realtor for traspassing. If you want to be nice you can call the realtor and order them to remove the sign.

Even if the sign is attached to the pole and not the ground, it is a tresspass if it interferes with your property rights. And it is interfering with your propery rights because you are unable to maintain your lawn.
