What is the law in the State of New Jersey... if
God forbid... a couple days after a Testator dies,
the executor dies...if there is in the Will the backup executor
do they take over by law?
I need to draw up and update a simple Will... I am the Father..
(Wife no longer with us) Son 27 - is present executor,
Daughter 25-- is the back up executrix-- what should be in the
Will cover this situation by NJ Law if any?
