This is a great forum!
...
I've been searching on google for information about this, but maybe someone knows the answer to my question.
I'm renting out family apt in Leonia and I wanted to know when I need to turn on their Heater.
I think by law it was to be before a certain time in the fall.
If you know the answer, please post.
Thanks!!!
K.

According to New Jersey Law "Where the landlord furnishes heat, between October 1 and May 1, all rooms must be heated to at least 68 degrees from 6AM to 11PM, and to at least 65 degrees at night."

So you should probably turn it on now because I'm sure a cold night will be here soon.
