JUDGES IN THE PAST HAVE IGNORED CHILD'S DR. AND COURT APPOINTED PSYCHOLOGIST'S RECOMMENDATION FOR PARENT TIME & SINCE THEN, CHILD IS SUFFERING WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES CAUSED BY DRASTICALLY CHANGED PARENT TIME (AWAY FROM PRIMARY CAREGIVER DUE TO FATHER'S DEMANDS!). CHILD SUFFERS WITH R.A.D./BONDING & ATTACHMENT DISORDER, WHICH IS LINKED TO SENSORY INTEGRATION DISORDER, WHICH EXACERBATES AUTISM, ETC.

FATHER WAS ABUSIVE TO MOTHER & CHILD & THREATENED TO TAKE CHILD FROM MOTHER, THUS, EVER SINCE MOTHER LEFT WITH CHILD, FATHER IS FIGHTING FOR CUSTODY, WHICH IS ALSO OPPOSITE OF COURT PSYCHOLOGIST'S RECOMMENDATION. FATHER ALSO FIGHTING FOR HUGE AMOUNTS OF PARENTING TIME, WHICH IS NOT IN CHILD'S BEST INTEREST BUT MOM CANNOT AFFORD LAWYER & SO CHILD IS SILENT SUFFERING VICTIM ;-( FATHER WAS GIVEN EXTENDED OVERNIGHT TIME, WHICH ENDED BREAST FEEDING & THEN CHILD EVOLVED DRASTICALLY FROM 1 OVERNIGHT AWAY FROM MOM DURING 14 NIGHTS TO SUDDENLY 5 & SINCE THEN, CHILD IS SUFFERING WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, ETC. FATHER DENIES CHILD IS SUFFERING; FATHER HAS PERSONALITY DISORDER, WHICH IS ALSO BEING IGNORED BY COURT! FATHER HAS LAWYER, MOTHER HAS NONE.

Ok, call the Administrative Office of The Courts at 609-984-1560. The compile lists of lawyers that do Bro Bono work in all counties. Explain your situation and they should help you. Let me know what happened.

Your source told me to call Municipal Court & I did. That court said call County Family Court because I have "FD" number that it's handled by Somerset County Court & that court said there are Zero Pro Bono Esq's for "Family Matters" Lawyers & None for children, even if child has disabilities. They told me Legal Aid is only avenue but we don't qualify due to child support putting us a few thousand dollars above maximum...eventhough we're at the poverty level for the county, etc. ...who can represent/advocae for the silent 2 year old child...what else can we do? Child needs a voice...and he can't talk due to disabilities & will never talk if his schedule continues to stress him! Thank you for your help...

I have no money for lawyers but the other side earns millions of dollars annually!!! I'm told the
1st lawyer did malpractice by allowing judge to rule against Court Psychologist due to "misread" and then they never tried to fight it. I'm told I am an excellent witness! I'm told I have a Civil Case for D.V. & other side also has recently committed fraud (in 4 states & harassment). I'm told it could be a very high profile case as Autism is in the news now & the father probably has it himself! How can you help us, Stan? Thank you...Pia
