Pulled over because I "looked young"

The other night i was pulled over by my house by a cop from another town. I used my blinkers and did not make any driving errors which would give him a reason to pull me over. However he claimed that he saw i was young and wanted to check up on me. I am nineteen and he arrested me for dwi and later i blew a .09. Do i have any kind of a case against this cop? First off, his town ended over a mile down the road, and second he pulled me over because i looked young and it was 1:30 am. Please give me some advice as i have court tomorrow

If it was 1:30am, and therefore dark, how could the cop even see you?

He was making a u turn on the road that i was making a left onto, so our vehicles were within five feet of each other and we were both going less than five miles an hour so he had time to look right at me as i drove past him. immediately he made another u turn and put the lights on, for which i pulled over and it all went down hill from there

The stop may have been illegal. You need to talk to a lawyer on this one.
