This is the 4th time in about 10 years that an unauthorized bill was added to my Verizon phone bill. I was charged $20.98 a month for 2 premium texting services that I didn’t order. Verizon said they can only take the last 4 months off and can stop the future bills but they had no advice on how to stop this type of theft and there is nothing I can do about the months before the 4 months. Is there a government agency that handles this type of theft or is this something that I should get use to? Thanks Rick
