Eviction can I show the apartment

Wonder if someone knows the answer to this quickly. I went to court to have my tenant evicted. It went in Default the tenant did not show up. I am awaiting the court to send it to the constable to be served on her. She has not paid rent for 3 months now. Can I make an appointment to show the apartment and give her notice that I am coming? She is claiming she will call the police.

If the lease allows you to show the apartment then you can. Otherwise you must wait until she is gone.

We are still trying to figure this out. She does not have a lease. Its month to month and she has not paid for 3 months. Got the eviction on default and am waiting now for the court to get it to the constable to serve it.
However I would love to start showing this for maybe a September rent.
I believe by next week she will be given her 3 days to get out.
