my wife was injured at work months ago , she was out for more than three months and the insurance company denied the doctors request for pt. they also did not pay her any work comp pay .
the latest is that we had a lawyer get a court order to pay her doctor bills, pt at a therapist and her work comp pay. the order said it will be done in 30 days or penalties will be paid. this was over 40 days now and nothing.
this bickering between the insurance company and the doctors has now cost my wife her job as they fired her.
could the insurance company be held responsible for my wife losing her job. she needed the pt to get back to work but their lack of responsility failed my wife and the employer who needed her.
