We are renting our home out to tenants. the lease started 9/1/09, and is up 8/31/10.
we are not renewing their lease, because we will be moving back into the home.
how much written notice do i need to give? is 60 days sufficient?
also, is there a form that must be used, or is a typed letter sent certified return receipt good enough?
