My ex-wife is attempting to move within our state, but miles away. I want to know if she is responsible for all my expenses to pick them up? Also, because my ex-wife is psychotic, I need to be pointed in the direction where this legal information is written, to print it out, and politely hand it to her. Thank you.

Your wife is not obligated to reimburse you anything unless she says so in a contract.
You can
1. pick your ex-wife up and eat the expenses.
2. have your ex-wife pay for all expenses.
3. meet your wife half way with the expenses.
4. Find another way of transportation.

So a women can move wherever she wants, whenever she wants, an her ex-husband is expected to pick up the tab on traveling expenses. I am sorry, I am only buying 50% of this. If she is mandated to move because of her job, I'll buy this hook line and sinker, but if she is moving like mine is, simply to alienate our children, then no, I don't see why she doesn't incur some of the traveling expenses.
