is there a steep slop ordnance in N.J. and if so what date is used as that by which it must be filled??

You should call the town engineer at town hall. They will tell you if there is a local ordinance that covers this situation.

i know i can ask my town engineer, what i want to find out "IS THERE A STATE MANDATED ORDNANCE ON THE BOOKS ". A steep slop ordnance has been proposed in our town and we the citizens are being told it has come from the state, is it true ?
