My best friend is 17 years old and she has 4 more months until her 18th birthday. We stay in New jersey. The problem she is having is her aunt is her guardian but her aunt and her aunt's husband abuses her. They hit her all the time, she even has scars to prove this. Her aunt talks about her and throw things in her face calling her mom a hoe and a crack head (her mom is on drugs) and all kinds of things. My mother has volunteered on keeping her and allowing her to move in with us. We live very comfortably an dhave a lot of space in our home. How would my friend be able to move out her aunt's house into our house without the consent of her aunt?
