I would like to know if a 15 year old boy is entitled to any money?
He was invited to a party at a house. I guess now-a-days kids invite kids to make money. This party charged $5.00 per person for an entry fee. Ether the owner of the house, the person on the lease or both were present during the party.
A 23 year old man accused another of stealing his cell phone. A fight broke out and the 23 year old threw a vase at the other that he accused but missed him hitting the 15 year old that had nothing to do with the incident but being at the party in the forehead.
This 15 year old needed stitches to close 5 lacerations to the forehead.
Can this kids parents sue the homeowner, renter or both?
The 23 year old was arrested and may be deported as he may be here illegal so I don't think this guy has anything or will even be around much longer.
