Summary Judgement/Disclosure [Archive]

Hi. 4 years ago I plead guilty to 1 count of possession of alcohol (under 21) and 1 of disobeying a lawful order (running form police). These are both summary offenses. Do they need to be disclosed on applications to schools/jobs?
