Scenario:
Son has a bit of a drug problem. Told him he's no longer allowed to take the truck he's been driving out. Truck is in my name, under my insurance. He is not a permanent driver listed on my insurance, but he does have a key that was given to him by me. I have not taken the key away.
If he were to take the truck out, would I be able to call it in stolen, or would this scenario keep me from being able to since he has a key and ready access to the vehicle.
Hopefully someone can help me out, because I'm getting different answers from everyone I ask.
