If i'm 5% owner of a LLC and through divorce interrog. answers found out no employees claimed,not even as subcontractor.Specifically a secretary working approx.20hoursweek.Would she be considered my employee.She committed a check forgery against me but with the 95% owner knowledge.She was able to qualify for a public defender and her husbands child support is based on their income.She makes at least 15.00$ hour can this be considered fraud.?I just learned this info
