duty to mitigate

i'm wondering if anybody knows if a hotel guest is obligated to move to a new room if there is a

noise complaint


i actually paid three months lodging and i think, technically, i'm a tenant under nj state law

but they're saying i must move to another room-do i have to move if they say so
