hi,
I wasn't sure what category to post this in:
Troubled as i am about asking this, if you have an irresponsible young adult/child that fights back by incurring debt, they are a fulltime student living at home, but is 21 and in nj, is anyone else, other than they, responsible for any debt incurred solely by them, from this point forward? Understand this would be with only their own instrument, such as credit card, check, etc. Nothing with my name on it, nor connected to me, or my accounts, in any way.
This is very, very important as i would need to retain counsel immediately if i can still be held responsible for any new financial obligations from this point forward, as i anticipate such an event.
Thank you for any informed response.
Mr Harrison
