Good Morning,
I was wondering if someone could tell me if the fines/violations below fall into a misdemeanors or felony in the state of NJ. I know that a DWI/DUI is considered a traffic violation & not a criminal act. I just want to know about the others as well.
01/21/2001 - NJ DWI (N.J.S.A. 39:4-50) - Loss of License for 6 months.
01/21/2001 - NJ Unsafe Driving (39:4-97.2) - Paid fines.
04/06/2001 - NJ Driving on a Suspended License (39:3-40) - Loss of License for additional year. Original suspension because of a DWI.
All I have besides this is a speeding ticket in 1997 and not others violations since the Driving on a suspended license. Any help will be greatly apprecaited. Thank you.
PS - for all of these violations I was never arrested nor fingerprinted, not sure if that matters. Thank you.
