How to sell an out of state lot

I would like some information on the best way to sell a residential lot in FL. I have know idea on the value of this lot only what it is assessed for tax purpose. I never even saw the lot and I don't know the the area. Where should I start?

First thing you should do is go online & find a realtor website in that area. Then you can search properties and get a feel as to what the value of your lot is. There are tons of realtors in Florida. If you then want to put it up for sale you should list it with a National Chain Realtor like Coldwell banker.
