I was actually double parked on the left side of a two way street that seem like a 1 way street due to the reason that there was no double solid lines in the middle of the street and also there was a traffic light on left right in front of where i was double parked and also another one across the street facing traffic on the right lane. And also there were no signs posted that this was a 2 way street. This happen to me in Montclair. Tried on talking to the prosecuter but he's trying to charge me $500 to remove the 2 points. Can anyone help. Thank you

If you can afford the 2 points then just pay the ticket. The $500 deal offered to you will actually cost more once all the courts costs are added to it. It may be north of $600.

Did the cop see that you were double parked?

He did and made me move as soon as I started to move he pulled me over

Let me ask you this: Would there have been any reasonable way to leave the spot you were parked in without failing to keep right at the intersection?

No there would have not been because i would have to get on the right lane to either make a left, a right or continue going straight.

Well, if that is true, and the cop would admit to that in court (remeber cops lie more than politicians) then you could escape the charge if you tell the story to the judge. If you moved the vehicle at the direction of the cop and it was impossible to move it in any way other than failing to keep right, then the judge should let you off. "Impossibility" is a defense to a traffic charge.
