Seeking Custody

Long story short - I left my ex-husband after his many years of cheating. Since the house we lived in belonged to his mother, I was thrown out. Because I didn't have a permanent residence, the ex-husband was awarded physical custody.

I now have my own three bedroom apartment & want to regain sole custody of my children. Since the lazy bum is unemployed, I'm paying child support, which is being used to care for his illegitimate child with another girl.

What steps can I take to get the child support terminated?

keep your head up, u need to go to hooper avenue in toms river , go to the child support enforcement center and ask for it to be reduced 9 out of ten they will, always remember as long as u pay something even if its ten dollars!!!!! the judge will never slap you hard for trying, u will have to pay child support until you get custody or he gives up parental rights no if ands or buts, but 10 bucks a week is fine!!!!
