COURT TOMOROW PLEASE HELP

okay so here's the deal....i got caught selling marijuana, i know i'm a jackass! but please spare a minute of your time if you think you can answer this basic question..... aright, distribution charges taking place tomorow.....apparently my lawyer made a deal with the prosecuter and I am getting one year of PTI which is some sort of drug probation for first time offenders.....

question: can they, will they drug test me on the spot without warning? if so i might have a problem : (
but there are emergency measures i can take in terms of cleansing toxins from my system...

any help appreciated...

If you will be on probation then you may be subject to random testing. Your lawyer should be able to tell you for sure. Bythe way, PTI is a good deal and you shold be glad you got that deal.

Also, you should stop smoking that crap. I have known long term smokers of that stuff and it really does make them stupid.
