My siblings have taken control over my fathers estate as dual power of attorneys and have effectively convinced him to have no contact with me.

As as beneficiary what recourse do I have to hold them accountable?

Is there a motion I can make to hold them accountabilty?

So far I am left completely out of any legal or family dealings regarding my father
since they have taken over.

So your father is still alive? Do all parties live in NJ?

My father is still alive but has been told wrong things about me by my two other siblings,
which has suddenly led to our estrangement. They have meetings with his lawyer of which I am the only one not part of. Even though he doesnt have a full grasp of things, there influence has been heavy on him.

Only one party lives in NJ where we are all from.

Unless you have facts about wrongful acts by the siblings and facts that they are abusing the power of attorney then you really can't do anything legally. However, in the mean time you should keep careful records of everything and possibly even record you telephone conversations with your siblings. You want to preserve proof for the future in case you are cut out of the will. You can contest the will with adequate proof.

Thanks for your comments.

Can my siblings influence my father to change his will to cut me out even though he has Alzheimers and doesn't know a dime from a dollar?

At what point can someone not be allowed to change their will?

That was not an easy read.
I hate to have to even think of contesting a will while my fathers alive.
But this seems to be the only legal thing Ill be able to do to possible prevent a wrongdoing.
