Are you saying that when you were 14 and got in trouble there were other kids that got in trouble with you and and received the same six month license suspension? And now they are able to get their licenses?
If that is the case then you should be able to show DMV all your paperwork from that time (hopefully you saved it all) and they should help you. That should be the first step you should take. If they give you a hard time or don't help you then come back to this board and let me know what happened and I may be able to help you.

Yes that is what happened im sorry that it was so poorly written i had to do it quick. I am going to visit the DMV this afternoon and see if they can help, luckily i still saved all of the paper work and my probation officer has the paper work saying i finished that. The kids that did get their license did wait the six month suspension but some of those kids also drove the vehicle i did not drive the vehicle in this case. My real question is, is there any way to reverse or appeal to the court to wave the suspension? I did the six hours and did everything with the permit but DMV did not clear me cause of the suspension on my file so my driving school did not allow me to get my permit yet. My birthday was on the 21st and now every day i have to wait is another day the six months continues, if i continue to wait the suspension will carry over (example) i was originally going to get my license on November 21 now it will keep going because of the DMV if you understand this i hope i didnt loose you with all of this but thank you for helping it really means alot -Robert

Does the 6 month suspension start from when you are eligible to get a license or when you apply for one? Also, if a six month suspension was part of the punishment the judge gave you then most likely you will have to abide by it.

the suspension applies when im allowed to go for my license. The judge did order this for all of the kids involved. but now my problem is the DMV wont clear me to get my permit i have to go there today and try and work it out with them this is like a never ending problem that keeps coming back to haunt me

Aren't you allowed to get a permit at 16 1/2? And now you are 17.
